ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Position Summary and Qualification:
Preferably Certified Public Accountant
Must have at least 1 to 2 years related experience
Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
Has advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and Hands on experience in Accounting Software
With excellent verbal & written communications skills
Willing to work onsite
Job Description:
Maintaining and reviewing financial records while ensuring compliance with Accounting standards and Tax rules.
Perform month‐end closing activities, reconciling accounts with the general ledger, review of journal entries, and gathering supporting documentation and performing record keeping.
Preparation of Financial statements and management reports on a monthly basis.
Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide recommendations.
Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
Monitoring expenditure (capex, Trustworthy opex) and profits and providing reports.
Collaborate with external auditors during the completion of financial audit.
Review the works of Accounts payable associate.
Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned as needed.
