Responsibilities:
Reviews and ensures the accuracy of financial statements.
Oversees all financial planning and analysis.
Internal and Process Audit
Process Auditor
Set-up and implements internal controls related to AR, Costing, Inventory, Purchasing, and Sales.
Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts. Ensuring financial legal requirements are met.
Developing financial reporting systems.
Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
Analyzing market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.
Aiding management in financial decisions.
Maintaining up-to-date financial system knowledge.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Reviews and ensures the accuracy of financial statements.
Ensure that all business processes in the Company are risk-management compliant
Ensure that all business adheres to policies, procedures, legislation and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Preferably CPA.
8-10 years managerial experience as Accounting Supervisor in a food manufacturing industry.
Excellent problem-solving ability along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
