Job description:
Supervises Recording of Accounting transactions of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Facilitates preparation/submission of the financial statements of subsidiaries and affiliates to ensure timely consolidation of financial statements.
Prepares analysis of monthly actual versus budget financial statements
Leads the coordination with External Auditors
Reviews the monthly, quarterly, annual tax returns and required attachments for accuracy and completeness.
Guarantees timely filing and payment of the tax returns.
Reviews Remit the requirement of Vat or other taxes required.
Review and prepare of monthly reconciliation.
Review and prepare month-end journal entry adjustments.
Review of cash receipts and disbursements journal entries prepared by Accounting Assistants.
Job qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any Accounting related course.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, at least 2 years' external audit experience.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Knowledge on preparation of Financial Statements.
Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Can start immediately.
