Job Description
Record fixed asset acquisition and dispositions in the accounting system.
Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close - or those accounts once the related project have been completed.
Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger.
Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed asset and accumulated depreciation.
Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance records and schedules, ensures vehicle documentation, registration and insurance are updated and vehicle booking system functions efficiently.
Organizing office move-in and move-outs or relocating office furniture or equipment.
Report periodically to management on status of each property including vehicles.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets.
Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
Assist in preparation of property tax returns.

Validate the cost of every batch product produced based on actual BPR used in the Production and analyze versus SAP standard cost. Any material variance (5% difference) must be coordinated to R&D Customer Service head for proper action.
Make a monthly summary of all BPR's with cost and reconciled with general ledger account c/o General Accountant.
Monitor and report the average unit cost of ending Inventory in SAP vs. the latest/prevailing market price for the purpose of Product Costing & Pricing both traded and Finished Goods to head of Finance & Product Managers and or Sales Director.
Monthly inventory monitoring and analysis for both moving & non-moving items for reporting to Sales and Supply Chain Department.
Submission of Inventory list for BIR purposes.
Analysis of Monthly Gross Margin report per product.
Investigate accounting variances and resolve issues. Work with the warehouse to locate or dispose obsolete inventory.
Assist in the review and/or conduct time and motion study, if necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field such as finance. With valid CPA license.
Strong management and leadership skills
Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, straightforward language
Deep knowledge of accounting software
Handle pressure well, especially when preparing quarterly and annual reports
Innate sense of integrity and ethics
