Prepare Analysis of Accounts to ensure completeness of entries
Prepare BS Schedules for Due from VS/MS/WEC, Miscellaneous Receivables - Others, Miscellaneous Receivables - Suppliers, Miscellaneous Receivables - SSS, Miscellaneous Deposits, and Construction in progress
Analyze and check the monthly Journal Vouchers, Debit Memo, Issuance of Uniform, Supplies and Non-merchandise issuance
Check the Monthly Bank Reconciliation and BS schedules
Prepare Construction cost for Insurance purposes
Prepare the Closing of CIP-store Account
Check the month-end adjusting entries
Prepare P&L analysis
Prepare Monthly Financial Package & YTD
Prepare Labor Cost per store
Prepare interim reports
Assist annual external audit
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
With 2 to 3 years working experience and had handled a team
Background from retail industry is an advantage
Background from Quickbooks software is an advantage
With excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills
