Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field is required for this position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications skills, Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
Good Presentation, Dashboard and Data Visualization skills
Excellent analytical, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills and detail oriented.
With cooperative background is an advantage.
Must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite

Responsibilities:
Supervising the overall finance and accounting operations (i.e., loans, savings, revenue and cost, fixed assets, cash flows, investment, bank relation, payroll and other areas).
Responsible in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and verifying in detail the reports, schedules and documents submitted by accounting staff and other subordinates.
Ensuring financial statements' adherence with generally accepted accounting practices and principles of Cooperative.
Coordinating and facilitating the completion of cooperative's annual comprehensive budgets and projections.
Identifying potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities and providing recommendation and correction actions.
Liaising with BOD and Committees heads to ensure that each committee remains within the budget.
Accurately preparing taxes returns and ensuring that cooperatives taxes are paid in a timely manner.
Providing regular updates to BOD regarding cooperative finances.
Ensuring that the cooperative maintains compliance on all the requirements of government agencies and other third parties.
Assuming the responsibility for the implementation of cooperative's policies, rules and regulation, as well as the discipline, work performance, attendance, training and development of personnel under his/her supervision.
Other duties related to the position that maybe assigned from time to time.
