Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and creates financial reports
- Ensure proper charging of revenue and expenses to cost center and/or market channels
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Making sure all transactions are entered in SAP
- Complying to BIR reporting requirements and ensure deadlines are met
- Developing and/or improving financial controls and ensure compliance
- Consolidating and preparation of the company's annual business plan in collaboration with various units/department manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA is an advantage
- Must have 5 years work experience as an Accounting Manager
- Excellent computer skills in MS Applications
- Should have hands-on experience in using SAP software
- Knowledgeable in Accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- A Critical thinker and with Problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
