Job Descriptions
Bachelors' degree in either Accounting, Finance, business, or any of the related fields.
Should have the expertise to put in shape and to enhance the corporate strategy as well as the business growth of the company.
Ensure that all cash collections are deposited in accordance with the set policies
Have custody of all funds, securities, and documentations relating to all assets, liabilities, income and expenditures.
Monitor and review the financial management operations of the cooperative
Maintain full complete records of cash transactions
Maintain a Petty Cash Fund and Daily Cash Position Report
Perform such other functions as may be prescribed in the By-laws
Develop an annual budget for the company and create long-term projections based on departmental needs and upcoming capital projects.
Monitor the company's risks and losses
Evaluate the financial aspects of the business and policies to advise the board .
Should possess necessary persuasive influencing skills, a good team leader as well as a good team player to achieve both teams as well as business objectives.
With relevant experience in accounting, auditing, planning and other financial activities required.
