JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Accounting, Management or any of its equivalent
Certificate Public Accountant (CPA) is advantage but not required
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
Should be familiar with programs and software
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Amenable to work in Cavite (Free board & Lodging / Meals)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Analysis and reporting are key duties of an accounting officer. The position requires reviewing the accounting work of others for accuracy while also analyzing the numbers themselves to inform future budgeting and identify the strengths and weaknesses of a business.
Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, auditing and business administration equip accounting officers to carry out their responsibilities, which vary from one organization to another
General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing account/bank reconciliations.
Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks.
·Oversee the validation of transactions and verification of their overall impact on the general accounts.
·Lay down and validate the accounting systems and tools.
·Review financial paperwork and procedures, provide recommendations and make necessary changes
