₱ 42,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Properly fund all disbursements for the month by monitoring all bank transactions and updating daily the foreign currency exchange rates, particularly USD and JPY.
Facilitate all banks' telegraphic transfers for forex conversions.
Assign a particular bank for each trade supplier's payables and process all non-trade payables' requests for payments (timely settlement).
Assure correctness of entries in all Check Vouchers against Request for Payments / Accounts Payables being prepared
Overall in charge of the monthly and annual closing of the company book of accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions, and that all government reportorial requirements and deadlines are met.
Supervise the preparation of all schedules related to the generation of financial reports both internal and external. It includes a Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow, Comparative Income Statement (detailed variance analysis of each account), Ecozone Monthly Performance Report for PEZA, Profit and Loss Statement, Balances of GL Accounts - Accruals, and other Finance/Accounting reports.
Graduate of Accountancy or Financial management
Wide experience in handling Finance, Accounting
Knowledgable about inventory management
Above-average analytic skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Trading company or Manufacturing
CPA or non CPA ok
With good oral and written communication skills
Interview: 1x F2F
Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays off)
