ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Competency Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting.
With proven strong experience as Accounting Supervisor for at least 2yrs.
Must be computer literate & exposed to any computerized accounting system and Microsoft Applications
Knowledgeable in all aspects of accounting and finance to include BIR remittance and entry analysis
Must possess strong analytical skills and keen to detail in checking payables and other day-to-day transactions
With sense of urgency that can submit report in a timely and reliable manner
Excellent leadership, organizational and cost analysis skills
God-centered, honest, hardworking, detail oriented and works well in a team environment
Can start ASAP
Job Scope:
Responsible in reviewing and correcting error of staff in day-to-day transactions.
Ensure Timeliness of government reportorial requirements such as 1601C, 1604CF, 0619E/Q, 2550Q, 1702Q and PEZA reports
Must thoroughly review all payables and correct or adjust any erroneous entry and computation to avoid under/over payment
Evaluate KPI of all staff on a monthly basis
Prepare Monthly Lapsing schedule
Provide guidance to all staff and have patience in explaining
Must effectively communicate and discuss to superior for any matters that are critical and of utmost importance.
