Job Description:
Supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including: a. Month and end-year process b. Accounts payable/receivable c. Cash receipts d. Payroll and Utilities e. Treasury, budgeting f. General Ledger g. Cash forecasting h. Revenue and expenditure variance analysis i. capital assets reconciliations j. Trust account statement reconciliations k. check runs l. fixed asset activity m. debt activity
Oversee accounting daily operations.
Monitor and analyze accounting data.
Set up and monitor accounting KPI's
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of 4 years in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bank and Finance Management.
At least with five (5) years experienced in manufacturing set-up.
Knowledgeable in overall Accounting functions both internal and external.
With good communication skills both oral and written.
Knowledgeable in any Accounting and Mandatory system.
Can work under pressure, flexible, with determination at work, render overtime and easy to learn.
with good attitude towards management and officemates.
Knowledgeable in Sales Invoice and Statement of Account Transaction.
Knowledgeable in Accounting process and BIR Law.
