GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Background in Construction is an must

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Financial Reporting, Month-End Closing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Job Summary:
Lead, manage and ensure compliance with generally accounting principles, company policies and external audits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cost Control
Review accounts payable Vouchers generated by the Senior accounting associate - account payables ensuring that journal entries are correct.
Review costing entries generated by the Senior accounting associate - cost by checking on the GP rate versus budget. Any unusual fluctuation is investigated.
Generates monthly actual profit & loss (P&L) per store/batching plant areas/crushing plant areas and balance sheet per company. Analyzes each profit & loss account, ensuring that all costs are booked based on actual documents and accrued based on budgeted amounts. Endorsed P&L and balance sheet to the Accounting Manager.
2. Financial Records/ Financial Analysis
Review all reports submitted by the team and ensure correctness of bookings on Accounting System (Microsoft Navision).
Finalize Financial Statement reports before submission to Accounting Manager.
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
MUST BE A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT - CPA
At least 4-6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with atleast 1-2 years (or more) in strong supervisory capacity
Preferably Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent in retail and/or construction industries.
Must be willing to work in Rockwell Center, Makati City and ready to do fieldwork in Orion, Bataan.
