Job Description
- Supervise the daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
- Ensure timely closing of books and compliance with the accounting policies in the process.
- Preparation of Financial Statements with supporting schedules, reconciliations of general ledger accounts and FS analysis.
- Review of collection report and journal entries
- Prepares the Revenue and cost recognition
- Monitors company's fixed assets and conducts annual inventory count
- Assist in interim and annual financial audit
- Reports to the Accounting Manager and suggest improvements to policies and procedures and accounting system
- Other accounting related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualification
- Certified Public Accountant
- With 3 - 4 years working experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Experience in Accounting Software
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
Note: salary is non negotiable and subject to increase upon regularization. Additional of meal allowance on top of the basic salary
