Qualifications:
1. BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce.
2. Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant.
3. CPA designation preferred
4. Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
5. Advanced MS Excel skills
6. Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
7. Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
8. Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
9. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Must posses exceptionally good communication skills, both in written and verbal form
11. The candidate must be highly flexible, adaptable, and open and welcoming to change.
12. Preferably from Bacolod City
