ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Description:
Ensure the efficient performance of all departments of an organization.
The act as a connecting link between the senior management and the employees.
They provide motivation to the work force and make them realize the goals of the organization.
Support for the accounting department of the company.
Answering the telephone, filling, faxing, assising visitors, managing appointments and managing the daily office schedules.
Preparing checks, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records are also completed.
Must be skilled in mathematics, communication, time management and typing.
Ensure the accounte receivable and payable are taken care of in timely manner.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors’ degree in Accounting.
With experience at least 1 year.
Male or Female.
Able to do multi tasking.
