We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team and assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations.
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Work Setup: Home-based / Office-based (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and accounting documents.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring invoices and payments.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and expense tracking.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records for audit and compliance.
Support bank reconciliations and monitoring of company transactions.
Coordinate with management regarding budget, expenses, and financial updates.
Assist in government compliance and tax-related documentation when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
With 0-1 year experience in accounting (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Knowledge in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
