ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Qualifications:
Degree in Business/Accounting or related field
Solid understanding of general accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Skilled in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and able to adapt to new systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and meticulous data entry.
Highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Job Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledger entries, expenses, receipts, and various financial documentation.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, monitor company sales and expenses, and oversee payments
Prepare journal entries, conduct analyses, perform account reconciliations, and assist with monthly close processes.
Manage customer billing weekly and track customer payments.
Assist with internal audits, tax return preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management, as well as support the accounting head as needed.
