ACCOUNTING STAFF
Qualifications:
1 or 2 years in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of tax compliance
Ability to match invoices with Purchase Orders (PO), contracts, and Delivery Receipts (DR)
Process payments
Familiarity with progress billings, retention, and payables aging
Basic knowledge of construction contract
Strong attention to detail and accurancy
Can work with minimal supervision
Good communication skills for customer coordination
