ACCOUNTING STAFF
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Business Management
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (Vlook Up, FORMATTING, etc.)
Knowledgeable in computing salaries and the last pay
Knowledge in the calculation and preparation of BIR, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF contributions
Knowledgeable in general accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and can work with less supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
Performs bi-monthly and weekly payroll processing accurately
Prepares Purchase Orders to suppliers
Makes Project Expenses Reports
Monitors and records the company's cash flows
Processes payments to suppliers and contractors timely manner
Files and stores confidential documents by keeping financial records, bank deposits, books, and cashbook
Prepares billings to clients and Issue Service Invoice and Collection Receipt
