Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and identify or resolve discrepancies through detailed account analysis.
Verify the accuracy of journal entries, payroll, and expense transactions.
Monitor and record inventory costs, operational spending, and other financial transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
 
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures, financial reporting, and government tax compliance.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly accurate and organized when working with numbers and financial data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial management tools.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and coordination.
Experience in processing government permits and handling tax compliance requirements is an advantage.
