ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Details:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance or any related field
Must have at least 1-2 Years work experience
Should have a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, including knowledge of financial statements, bookkeeping, basic tax regulations, accounts receivable/collections and accounts payables processing and disbursement, keep accurate records on various financial transactions and maintains a filing system for all financial documents.
Proficiency in using accounting financial management systems is essential. Knowledge in spreadsheets, databases, and other financial software tools.
Accuracy and attention to details are critical in accounting roles. The ability to spot errors, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain precise financial records is essential.
Must possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and generate meaningful reports. Should able to analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial information.
Effective time management and organizational skills are important for meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining an orderly financial record-keeping system.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate well to customer for collections and suppliers for payments.
Manage in dealing with sensitive financial information, integrity and ethical behavior are of utmost importance. Should adhere to professional standards and maintain confidentiality.
Should possess problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues or discrepancies and customers or suppliers concerns. The ability to think critically and propose solutions is valuable.
Often work collaboratively with other team members, including accountants, auditors, finance head, operations supervisors, and colleagues. Demonstrating an ability to work well in a team environment is beneficial.
Computer and office equipment literate.
Patience, honest, and trustworthy.
Can work with less supervision, simultaneously, and can do multitasking.
Can work extended hours.
Willing to work on holidays and weekends.
