ACCOUNTING STAFF
Skills and Responsibilities:
Highly trainable and can work with minimal supervision
Time management skills
Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
Processing payments
Filing and maintaining supplier records
Checking and verifying invoices
Preparing cheques for payment
Maintaining the billing system
Generating invoices and account statement
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus (1-3 years).
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems).
Willing and able to start ASAP.
