JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for managing and recording the company's financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements
Monitor and track company expenses and budgets
Assist in preparing tax reports and ensuring compliance with government regulations
Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in data entry
Support the preparation of payroll and employee benefits-related financial transactions
Handle invoicing, payment processing, and collection follow-ups
Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
Provide administrative support to the Accounting team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong credentials are welcome to apply)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
