ACCOUNTING STAFF
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
Processing and recording transactions in the general ledger
Reconciling bank statements and other financial records
Handles accounts payable and accounts receivable
Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports and statements
Processes business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies immediate head of irregularities.
Prepares and assists in filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
Maintains and reconciles balance sheet and general ledger accounts
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Accounting Technology/ Management Accounting or equivalent.
With at least 6 months to 1-year relevant experience in the same field.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, practices and standards.
Proficient in oral and written communication skills
Good typing skills
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to work in Talisay City, Cebu

Working Day:Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
