ACCOUNTING STAFF
Qualifications:
Prepares petty cash for the Finance Officer and warehouse team.
Prepares Sales Agents' allowance for the next week.
Checks liquidation vouchers' amount, expenses, receipts and returned cash.
Liquidates Sales Agents and Delivery Driver's allowance in the journal entry.
Prepares refund for sales and drivers.
Submits all liquidation to Senior Accounting Supervisor.
Submits non-liquidation vouchers to central accounting staff with attached transmittal.
Releases Sales Agents' sales commission every month.
Prepares Sales Agents' commission every cut-off.
