Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
 
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:
 
ACCOUNTING STAFF:
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
      Assist ACCTG Head to create no books of Accounts for New Corporations (MRCI & MRWI )
       Set uo Chart of Accounts for new Corporations (MRCI & MRWI )
     Set up customer and supplier and inventory accounts
        Create and set up Beginning Balance
         Assist on filing of Accounting Documents
         Reconciliation of Accounts
         And other Accountiung task as may advise by Accounting Head
         Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems
         Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
         Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities like training and seminars
 
 
QUALIFICATION :
 
·         Must be Accounting/Finance graduate
·         Fresh Graduate are willing to apply
·         Honest and attentive / keen to details
·         Willing to extend effort to assure reports are done on time
·         With strong personality and can adapt changes
