Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Management Accounting or any finance related courses
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Knowledgeable in general accounting systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Good interpersonal skills, written and oral English

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of documents needed for Mayor's Permit
Preparation of monthly government reports and payments of SSS Contribution, SSS Loan, Phil-Health, Pag-ibig contribution
Assists in all documentation and preparation of tax payments such as Monthly VAT, percentage taxes, mayor's permit, withholding tax, quarterly, annual income tax returns
Takes charge of BIR payments to the bank.
Prepares vouchers for all suppliers
Office related activities as needed; receiving mails and parcels, photocopying.
