Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience in reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances identified during the reconciliation process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely account reconciliation.
Assist in resolving accounting or financial issues as they arise.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Php 15,000.00-16,000.00 starting salary
