We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Staff member to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records and ensure accuracy.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are recorded.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
Can be a graduate of any Business Administration course.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
