ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Familiarity with financial accounting statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
Knowledgeable with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Accuracy and attention to detail attitude for numbers and quantitative skills

Job Description
Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
Participate in regular taxation and payroll
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
Manage month-end and year-end closing
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
Ensure compliance with the law
