Processing of payments to suppliers and service providers
Processing of Sales Invoice/Monitoring of Restaurant's daily sales in form of Z-readings
Accounting Entries of transactions, postings and maintenance of accounting books:
c1. Sales Book
c2. Purchase Book
c3. Cash Receipts Journal
c4. Cash Disbursement Journal
c5. General Ledger
c6. General Journal
Process monthly accounting reports such as but not limited to:
d1. Monthly trial balance
d2. Cashflow reports
d3. Aging of Accounts Receivables
d4. Aging of Accounts Payables
Preparation of Tax Forms and filing of Mandatory Tax Reports
Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Ad-hoc duties to be assigned by management
