Filling and Recording books of account/Bookkeeping
Checking of DCR - Correctness of entries, bank deposit slip versus AR/CR/OR with attached PSI's and Jos'
Daily Checking of PCF, Fuel fund, and Used Oil - actual cash count versus actual receipts (expenses)
Checking liquidation forms, and monitoring the timeliness of the turnover period.
Daily monitoring of bank balance and transactions.
Preparation of Payroll - on a bi-monthly basis.
Manual Recording/monitoring of HCPI's Warranty Receivable
Checking and Preparation of SOA for Promo Subsidy Claims
Monitoring, recording, and preparation of Aging of Accounts Receivables - Vehicle Units.
Follow-up scheduling of collection - A/R Proceeds and Dis
Monitoring of Accounts Payables and preparation of a monthly summary of the supplier's SOA for payment approval purposes.
Monitoring of Cheques, Vouchers, and Attachments for the recording of monthly disbursement of expenses.
Preparation of monthly government dues - Final VAT, Withholding Tax- Compensation & Expended
Yearly preparation of TIMTA
Perform duties related to General Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Credit and Collections.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Preferably with work experience; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Skills(s): Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge in all facets of Accounting (General Accounting) is a plus.
Organize; systematic and has a keen eye for details.
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Detail-oriented and has strong self-motivation.
