AB MOULD PH COPORATION is accepting applicants for the following positions.
This position is responsible for encoding of entries to Cash Receipts Book and preparation of various schedules for submission to BIR and necessary in consolidation of financial reports.
Principal Responsibilities
Preparation of request for payment for fund transfer, reimbursement, and for all regular and other disbursements.
Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company. Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Recording and filing cash transactions. Bank reconciliation, accounts payables and petty cash handling experience.
Invoice processing and filing and Bank reconciliation. Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. Process payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial statements.
In charge of payroll process based on Payroll system and checks accuracy of data.
Prepare 13th month pay computation of employees. In charge with the remittance of monthly government contributions of the company.
Knowledgeable in PEZA transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or in any related specialization.
Working experience in Manufacturing company as accounting staff
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, and Google Applications.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent in oral and written communication
