DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Accounts Payable voucher & Check Disbursement voucher of:
• Doctors' professional fees, dividends, and incentives
• Patient refund
• Employees' final pay, sign-in bonus, and SSS sickness/maternity reimbursement
• Salary loan payment
• Fund transfer
Month-end closing:
• Bank reconciliation
• Audit of journal entries
• Aging of payables
• Posting of released checks
BIR filing and coordination:
• Authority to Print receipts (ATP)
• Sworn Declaration of professionals
• Quarterly printing of Doctors' BIR Form 2307.
Weekly updating of Cash Position.
Daily checking of doctor's incentives log sheet.
YOU ARE WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF:
1. GRADUATE OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ACCOUNTANCY
2. WITH ATLEAST 1 YEAR WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD
3. TRUSTWORTHY
4. AMENABLE TO WORK IN BOTH HOSPITAL OR CLINIC WORK SETTING
5. AMENABLE TO WORK ON-SITE WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, BULACAN
