Responsible on end to end AP to DIsbursement Process
Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documents
Checking or matching procurement purcahse order, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reports
Processing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire trasnfers/ online bank transfer.
Assisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepancies
Assisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasing.
Preparation of BIR 2307 for all expanded witholding tax withheld from suppliers
Keeping and maintenance of files.
Taxation 1601E/ 0619E / 1601EQ / 2550M / 2550Q
Other matters that may be assigned from time to time.
