Summary of Functions
 
An Accounting Staff prepares, monitors and liquidates petty cash, allowances, commissions, and refunds and submits all liquidated transactions to the Accounting Supervisor.
 
Functions:
Does collection functions.
Prepares petty cash for the Finance Officer and warehouse team, a priority.
Prepares Sales Agents' allowance.
Checks liquidation vouchers' amount, expenses, receipts and returned cash.
Liquidates Sales Agents and Delivery Driver's allowance in the journal entry.
Prepares refund for sales and drivers.
Submits all liquidation to Senior Accounting Supervisor.
Submits non-liquidation vouchers to central accounting staff with attached transmittal.
Releases Sales Agents' sales commission every month.
Prepares Sales Agents' commission every cut-off.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
A graduate of Financial Management or any business-related course.
Preferably with at least 1 Year of experience in any accounting-related Work
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping softwares
With high sense of responsibility and integrity
Highly organized and analytical
Willing to be trained for other Accounting functions
