Qualifications:
Candidate should at least be a graduate of any Accounting Majors
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Knowledgeable with SAP (Systems Applications and Products) is a PLUS!!!
Main Functions:
Recording and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Manage the payment of bills and invoices owed by the organization.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers and/or clients.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial records and transactions.
Assist in the preparation for external audits by providing auditors with necessary financial documents and explanations.
