Is currently looking for:
ACCOUNTING STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Updating & Monitoring students' Statement of Accounts
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Handle daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Ensure timely payments (Cash/GCash/Bank Transfer)
· Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
· College level or graduate of any related course
· Work experience as an Accountant
· Knowledgeable in Government Remittances Transactions and Procedures
· Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Experience with general ledger functions
· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
· Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
