Job description
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting or any Finance courses
At least 1-3 years work experience
With knowledge and experience relevant to financial analysis such as cost and variance analysis
Knowledge in using SAP)systems (preferred)
With good communication and analytical solving skills
Attention to detail
With knowledge in Journal Entry and Auditing
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzing current and past financial data
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and financial risk, and make recommendations for improvement
Responsible for compilation of financial reports
Prepares monthly accounts receivable and accounts payable reports detailing paid and unpaid accounts
Oversees the receivables and tries to identify if there are any discrepancies associated with them.
Assists the accountant in the reconciliation of cash collection to bank accounts by preparing daily reports
Monitor and track finance record
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Helps in tracking the accounts payable
Other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned
