Job Description
1. To assure that all payments will be paid on or before its due date to avoid penalties.
2. Preparation of budget and to ensure that all requested budget are properly distributed and liquidated.
3. Monitor/Handle Petty Cash (Prepare cash advances, Liquidation, reimbursement and money counting).
4. Responsible for Bank Transaction (Process encashment, withdrawal, deposit, transfer of funds, ATM application, payroll, bills payment and update of bank book).
5. Computation of tax, online filing and payment to BIR (1601E,1601C ,2550M & 2550Q).
6. Computation and Online filing of PEZA monthly report.
7. Prepare docs and Payment of Government dues.
8. Keep bank books and other Financial Data's.
9. Assist in Inventory re-checking and Inventory summary. 10. Prepare Check Voucher, Voucher Payable forms and checks for requested budget.
11. Preparation of Monthly SOA
12. Preparation of summary List of payables ans receivables for the month
13. Other related task to be assigned.
Job Qualifications
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy Or any 4 years related course
2. At least 2 years experienced in Accounting/Admin
3. Computer literate
