Job Title: Accounting Staff - Motorcycle
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and functionality.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization.
Accurately enter and update data into accounting and administrative systems.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
Generate reports and retrieve information from databases as needed.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology;
Preferably with 1 year of experience in related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Caloocan City;
Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Workspace
