ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
DEPARTMENT: FINANCE
 
REPORTING TO: FINANCIAL MANAGER
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for preparing Accounts payable voucher.
Responsible for preparing Intercompany Reconciliation.
Responsible for preparing Bank Reconciliation.
Responsible for the preparing and filing of tax returns and schedule.
Responsible for preparing Journal vouchers
Responsible for preparing schedule of Creditable Withholding Tax
Provide schedules, data & information requested by independent auditor. 
Perform other tasks assign from time to time.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
 
Assists the Management in the implementation of corporate policies and procedures by ensuring employees' compliance with customer service standards; plan process improvement efforts, in order to ensure high and consistent standard of service across the Customer Service Operations.
 
WORKING CONDITION:
The employee will be working in an office set up.

Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM only)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
Education:  Must be a Graduate of 4 years of any accounting courses.
 
Experience: Must have at least 1 to 5 years work experience
 
Technical Expertise:
Computer literate and communicates effectively with all types of customers.
Hardworking, flexible 
Organized and highly independent
With multitasking ability and a good learning attitude.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to read and analyze financial report
Possess initiative and drive to excel. Strong team player with customer oriented attitude.
With quick book experience is a plus
