Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Accounting.
Male/Female, 21-30 years old
At least six (6) months of work experience in general accounting.
Accounts receivable clerks should have comprehensive knowledge of computer accounting software systems.
Vastly experienced in processing and maintaining entries and accommodations in receivable, sub-ledger and general ledger.
High interpersonal skills.
• Read, understand and comply with our company rules and regulations as contained in our Employee's Handbook.
• On time processing of vouchers payable and checking of all required attachments.
• Implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures, and recommends for improvement if needed.
• Ensures the filing of vouchers soft copy and hard copy files per supplier, and in chronological order.
• Assists in preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Company Taxes,
• Ensures on time releasing of payments and its required documentations.
