Accounting StaffCSD Insurance Services

Responsible for providing assistance to accounting department to ensure that all accounting transactions are in accordance with the company's standard procedures.
Responsibilities/Job duties may include:
Accounts Payable processing
Accounts Receivable processing
Account Reconciliation
Preparing and distribution of Billings
Handles bank transactions including bank transfers
Checking, validating, and processing of reimbursements and liquidation
Checking the validity of receipts and invoices as a supporting document of reimbursements and liquidation
Must enforce strict compliance on documents as a basis on claiming of input tax
Communicate with concerned requesting departments on noted discrepancies
Ensures proper transmission of processed reimbursement and liquidation documents
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate or with less than 1-year working experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or a graduate of any business course
Strong analytic and accounting skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) functionalities
Must be result oriented with a sense of initiative and responsibility
Must be keen on providing quick and timely responses to queries.
Must offer competitive advantage with an eagerness to learn.
With excellent communication skills, flexible, hardworking, and meticulous to details.
Able to multi- task and can work with minimum supervision.
