Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc is an outsourcing company based in Cebu city, Philippines with clientele all over the United States. We have over 300 Rockstar employees across various industries and we are continuously expanding fast.
We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team and provide support to the financial department by managing accounting tasks. This role processes all the components of weekly disbursements and provides accounting assistance for all other functions of the department.
This is a full-time role, Night Shift, and on a Work in Office (WIO) set-up.

Responsibilities & Duties:
● Handles Accounts Payable related transactions:
o Receive all documents for disbursements
o Check completeness of supporting documents including petty cash transactions
o Prepares all checks except payout checks
o Transmit all checks to Treasury Assistant for releasing
● Manual recording of books of accounts
● Filing of check vouchers and other payable related documents
● Do all Accounting fieldworks as the need arises
● Work related Financial Statements Audit Schedules
● Perform other job-related duties as necessary or any tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business & Accounting
● With or without experience
● Knowledge of QuickBooks - Online Accounting Software is a plus
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
● Willingness to work on other shifts (mid shift & night shift) as the need arises
● A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
● Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadline
● Strong organizational skill and attention to details
