The Position
The position will be based at the Atlantis resort in Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines.
Resort Accountant is responsible in handling basic accounting and administrative duties which include the following: record daily sales transaction; process company receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and suppliers; monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable; following up on outstanding balances when required; reconcile bank statements; process employee wages and expense claims; cash advance & voucher management;
Education
College degree in business studies/finance/accounting management
Experience
1-4 yrs experience employee specialized in accounting/finance/admin
Basic bookkeeping and taxation/bir-related reporting
experience in using any accounting software or platforms
Knowledge & Skills
Well-organized, team player
Good interpersonal and motivational skill
The ability to work independently is a key skill
Good verbal and written communication skills
Problem identification and solving capabilities
