SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in any course, preferably in Accounting Tech or Accounting Management or equivalent
With experience or advance knowledge in Microsoft office Excel
Understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Recording transactions, payments, expenses and invoices.
Support internal audits.
Handling accounts Payable and receivables such as posting of receipts or invoices.
Processing BIR mandatories and other related government compliance.
Basic knowledge in inventory process, bank reconciliations and physical counts.
Maintain book of accounts including preparation of journal entries.
Assist in the preparation of tax computations and returns.
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Support on month end reports.
