Must be efficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PDF)

Can work independently with less supervision

Job Responsibilities:
Prepares accounts payable voucher, check voucher, disbursement, cheques, and BIR Form 2307
Reviews and evaluates invoices and monitor deadline of payments
Monitors, reviews, and reconciles receivables schedule
Do banking transactions i.e deposits, encashments and the like
Other tasks that may be assigned
