ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
Job Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
Acquainted with accounting process like A/R, A/P and External
With experience in financial statements preparation and acquainted with accounting process like A/R and A/P
Preferably with exposure in SAP or other accounting system
Knowledgeable with MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint
With accounting experience in the freight forwarding business is a plus.
Job Summary:
Provide assistance to the Accounting Department in the implementation of standard accounting procedures to ensure effective and efficient accounting process.
Ensure proper implementation of accounting process which includes examination, analysis, maintenance, reconciliation, and verification of financial records.
Responsible in completing payments and controlling expenses
To function as ACCOUNTS PAYABLE IN CHARGE
Other Tasks:
Protect organization's value by safekeeping company's assets/documents and maintaining the company's information confidential
Must well represent the company in all accounting dealings
